UK Prime Minister David Cameron left empty-handed after his meeting Sunday night with European Council president Donald Tusk. The meeting concerned the renegotiation of the relationship between the UK and the EU. The only agreement reached was to another 24 hours of talks before publishing a draft text of the UK’s renegotiation plan.
